Incredibly unfriendly staff. "What kind of bread?" as a welcome is now not sooooo inviting. Repeat a bad experience. Once the employee was standing outside smoking with a friend at peak time and said I should just wait ten minutes. Note: I'll be in Münster in ten minutes and have friendly subway employees there. The constant repetition of orders is also common in Groß-Umstadt. The attention span does not seem to extend beyond "I would like to have". The one review here on the open alcohol consumption of an employee could at least be a reason for the miserable overall appearance of this branch. If I'm not in the mood for people (at least customers) and work, I just stay at home. Embarrassing.

Food as always good is just subway the employee who says in front of the customers that she is drunk, the ingredients are only half full and bragging that she would still throw up today, but makes sure that I prefer to go to Dieburg again

The employee (Viktoria) who was present today spoke in front of her colleague and all customers present about that she is drunk, which you could clearly see from her way of working, she said that she was not sure whether she had to break while she was preparing our food she just coughs and can't put her mask on properly. She took way too long for my sandwich and didn't manage to put the ingredients on it that I wanted. My disappointment is about as high as her alcohol level

The food tastes good. However, several employees are a little too careful when preparing the food -> no fast food. :-)

Food was great as usual! But watch out for the employee with the green hair. Instead of booking a menu, she books the biscuit and drink individually. This means you pay more than you should!

Don't even get it to compare offers on site and online.

We were here for the first time today. The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious as usual. However, the restaurant is not exactly clean. The remains of the previous guests were still stuck on the table and the floor was dirty everywhere. And that in the afternoon at 2 p.m. The ladies' room could not be used because the water ran so strong that everything was completely splashed.

Got the worst sub today I've ever had! Bread stone hard, much too dark and dry at the bottom like a rusk. Sauce and my extra bacon were apparently completely forgotten ... I didn't want to have it cut through, but that was simply skilfully ignored I'm really disappointed! and now still hungry so thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately seldom cheese oregano subs and answer to then just do which always the same "have no more" ok if you don't want my money bad luck
